Brother 9970 Reset "Replace Toner" Message
After replacing a cartridge on the brother 9970 unit it continues to prompt for a new toner. Don't you just hate when technology tries to be smarter than you, thus causing inconveniences?
1) Open the front cover
2) press "1" on the keypad
3) Select K.TNR-HC on the touchscreen
4) Select "yes" to reset
5) Press return to go back to the main menu
6) Close the front cover.
